doesn’t work

I downloaded this app in hopes of getting a stable and reliable vpn so I can access netflix and such while I am in Afghanistan, well isn’t going to happen with this app. I downloaded the app to my mac book pro, installation was easy and fast, connecting was easier, staying connected is impossible. the longest connection I had was approximately 5 minutes but the speed was slow I couldn’t do anything. I went to the website for some ‘tech support’ and found that all the support was designed for the ios versions. I then contacted the company via email and received a boiler plate response with pretty much the same info from the website with the exception of several new server names. I followed all the instructions, tried all the new server names was only met with the same connection issues with the exception of the last two server names generating completely new error messages.

Don’t waste your money, this app doesn’t work and there seems to be no effort to make it work.
