sometime it is a little bit slow. but relavtively stable. the price is higher than i expect.

Cant open it.

I bought this app since I wanted to get access to the US tv web sites. It worked for a while and I could watch the video contents of these sites from Italy. However, at some time, it did not work anymore since they decided to provide a Canadian proxy and, apparently, US tv web site contents are not available to Canadian IP’s (however strange it may seem).

It’s a great app, I love it. Thank you for creating this app.

I installed the program and it wont open. Useless to me.

The setup failed to result in any VPN being set up. I am guessing that the 5 people who gave it a 5-star all work for the company, since everyone else says it just doesn’t work, which is my experience too.

It doesnt do anything when you install and open the program.

Right away and installs on it’s own unlike some other vendors that require tweaking. And it’s a reasonable cost as well.

I work abroad and I need a reliable VPN to use daily. This used to be my go to VPN app but but then it became hit or miss and more recently the latter. I contacted US VPN over week ago with a detailed E-mail outlining the situation and Ive yet to hear back from them. There are just too many VPN Apps on here to have to tolerate not being able to connect to your PAID VPN service and poor customer service (nonexistent). Save your money, DON’T BUY!!!

I downloaded this app in hopes of getting a stable and reliable vpn so I can access netflix and such while I am in Afghanistan, well isn’t going to happen with this app. I downloaded the app to my mac book pro, installation was easy and fast, connecting was easier, staying connected is impossible. the longest connection I had was approximately 5 minutes but the speed was slow I couldn’t do anything. I went to the website for some ‘tech support’ and found that all the support was designed for the ios versions. I then contacted the company via email and received a boiler plate response with pretty much the same info from the website with the exception of several new server names. I followed all the instructions, tried all the new server names was only met with the same connection issues with the exception of the last two server names generating completely new error messages. Don’t waste your money, this app doesn’t work and there seems to be no effort to make it work.

This VPN app works only for 1 min each day, and DOESN’T WORK for the rest 23h59min. After I paid for a week’s subscription, the server does not respond anymore. And even for the 1min/day when it works, it is SUPER SLOW!! Please AVOID this VPN.

Totally didn’t work when I needed it. I tried everything and when contacting their customer support they just kept saying the same thing that kept not working. They wouldn’t refund me my money even though I only was able to use the service for 5 days out of my 3 MONTH subscription. Not useful, not reliable, not a good app.

When I tried to connect, I got the following error message: "A connection could not be established to the PPP server. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.” I expect programs to work as advertised. FIX IT!

I needed to connect to a site with a US VPN to fill out a form and it worked good.

I’m in South Korea. I downloaded this app despite all of the negative reviews, just hoping it would work long enough for me to get an episode or 2 out of Netflix. Well, to my surprise, I got way more than that. I started with the free trail and then paid for 7 days. It’s worked like a charm since my initial download. Everything about it was simple. The sign in, set up and use. I use it daily on my MacBook for Netflix and Spotify and it works great. I think this one is either a hit or a miss and I was lucky enough to get a hit. Stays connected and it does’t interfere with my wifi; it’s just as fast. Give it a try, at least the free trial (24 hours, I think). I’m going to start buying the subs 3 months at a time for $13. I think it’s worth it.

I’m from the US and use it to get around WiFi blocks where I live. I’ve noticed when my payment period ends and I have to repay theres a period of a few weeks where I’ll be thrown off every 5-10 minutes for suspected torrenting (which isn’t happening) but that goes away after week 2 or 3 and it works fine after that. So it has it’s problems, but compared to every other app I’ve tried, (which is just about all of them) for the low price you’re paying its worth the bugs.
